Data Processing by Educamos

Educamos is an TGE platform that allows educational institutions to centralise all processes related to their activities into a single solution, such as administrative and financial management, academic management, communication with families, etc. Consequently, Educamos is merely a data processor on behalf of these institutions for the personal data they own, whether it pertains to students, parents/legal guardians, teachers, administrative staff, etc. (the Users).

Access to User data by third parties outside of Educamos will only take place either (i) in the context of a possible hiring or subcontracting of services necessary for a better development of the relationship between the centre and its users (for example, hosting, technical support, and the use of Educamos, communications, etc.), or (ii) in cases where Educamos integrates and offers, in an inseparable way within a single platform, solutions and functionalities provided by other suppliers. This is deemed absolutely necessary for Users to benefit from the relevant service, and the communication or access to their data by these entities is expressly authorised.

These third-party services may involve the transfer of data to entities located outside the national territory, with the priority always being to ensure compliance with obligations arising from the applicable legislation. Information about the identity of potential third-party services used by Educamos at any given time and their corresponding privacy policies will be provided through this section of the website. By using the platform, Users consent to the transfer of their personal data to the mentioned countries.
