Accordingly, the purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about how we collect, process, and protect your personal data, both the data you provide directly and the data obtained from your browsing activity and use of the content and services associated with the Website.
Users should read this Privacy Policy carefully and decide whether they wish to provide their personal data to TGE freely and voluntarily in the terms set out here.
1. WHY ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED, AND FOR HOW LONG?
Your personal data will be processed by TGE for the following purposes:
- Managing the services and benefits it offers to users of the Website.
- Handling requests for contacts and information.
- Managing the delivery, by any means, including electronically, of commercial communications and offers for our own goods and services, mainly in the fields of publishing, training, and education.
- The data may also be used to prepare a commercial profile for data subjects, the better to fulfil the above purposes (provision of services, sending personalised communications according to their interests, etc.). The data will not be used for automated decision-making.

2. WHAT DATA WILL BE PROCESSED?
The categories of data that TGE will process will in all cases be determined by the forms featured in the various sections of the Website.
In addition, information obtained from browsing activity and use of the content and services associated with the Website by users of the site, including their IP address, may be processed.
Users who provide third-party data state that they are legally entitled to do so and/or, where applicable, that they have those parties' consent. They warrant that they will convey the information contained in this Privacy Policy to the holders of the data and release TGE from all liability in this regard. 3. WHEN IS PROVIDING DATA MANDATORY?
The Website will state when the data requested are mandatory to be able to fulfil the stated purposes. Therefore, if those data are not provided or are not correct as furnished, it will not be possible to fulfil user requests, or users will not be able to use the service or function in question.
4. WHAT IS THE LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA?

Communications of this type will be in conformity with the purposes stated in this Policy and will be addressed solely and exclusively to those users for whom the corresponding legitimate interest and lawful basis exist for TGE as indicated above.

Taking this action will not affect the lawfulness of previous processing performed.
6. SHARING OF THE DATA

- When the legal conditions of the actions carried out through the Website (for example, contests, promotions, etc.) expressly indicate it, certain data may be published by TGE on the Website or any other webs or social networks belonging to TGE (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

7. WHERE WILL THE DATA BE PROCESSED?
If it is absolutely necessary for the personal data to be processed in whole or in part outside the territory of Spain (in the case of Spanish users, outside the European Economic Area) for proper performance of the relationship with TGE's users, an adequate level of protection will be assured in accordance with applicable law, either because the recipient country or organisation offers those assurances or because the data processor is contractually bound to do so. 8. WHAT RIGHTS DO USERS HAVE, AND HOW CAN THEY EXERCISETHEM?
Users may at any time apply to TGE to exercise the rights recognised by data protection laws and regulations (they may revoke consent, access the data being processed, rectify the data, have the data erased, or demand portability and/or restriction of processing of the data, as required), free of charge.
To exercise these rights, users should contact the TGE's Data Protection Officer using the channels referred to above, specifying the right or rights they wish to exercise. TGE will study their requests and respond as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that requests to exercise the above rights may only be honoured in the cases provided for by data protection laws and regulations.
Users may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority if they see fit.
9. WHAT ARE USERS' RESPONSIBILITIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE DATA?

- Warrant that they are of legal age and have the capacity to give TGE their consent to process their data in the terms of this Privacy Policy in accordance with the law and that the data are true, accurate, complete, and up to date. Users will bear responsibility for the truthfulness of all the data they provide and will keep the data they have provided up to date so that they reflect actual circumstances.
- Warrant that, if they furnish third-party data, they have informed those parties of the content of this Privacy Policy and that they are either legally authorised to disclose the data for the above purposes or authorised to do so by the third parties, as the case may be.
- Users will be liable for any false or inaccurate data they provide online and for any direct or indirect losses those data may cause TGE or third parties.
10. WHAT SECURITY MEASURES ARE TAKEN DURING PROCESSING OF THE DATA?
The data will be stored by TGE in systems that ensure the greatest possible confidentiality and security of the information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The technical and organisational measures necessary for that purpose will be implemented to prevent alteration, loss, and unauthorised processing or access of the data taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data, and the risks to which they are exposed.
