Prior acceptance of these Terms of Use in effect at any given time is required for entitlement to access, copy, or use the Website. TGE reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use whenever it sees fit by publishing new versions containing successive updates to the text. The user bears responsibility for being familiar with the Terms of Use at any given time before accessing the products and services provided on the Website. Users who do not agree with these Terms of Use should refrain from using the Website.
Free browsing and privacy
Some sections of the Website are free to access but, in other cases, it may be an essential requirement to access and benefit from its advantages that the user provides their data or registers in advance through the form enabled for this purpose, accepting our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Website is a work composed of various integrated, inseparable elements (text, illustrations, photographs, designs, computer programmes, including HTML codes, etc.). The Intellectual Property rights attaching to that work are owned by TGE, except for materials obtained under licence from third parties. TGE and its licensees retain, at all times, ownership of the Intellectual Property in the Website, in the various individual elements making up the Website, in all copies that may be made (regardless of the medium used for the copy). They grant only a right to use that Intellectual Property in the terms set forth in these Terms of Use, strictly for private purposes only.
Furthermore, TGE is in charge of selecting and designing the structure and layout of Website content. TGE has taken the initiative and taken on the risk involved in making the substantial investments aimed at compiling, digitising, and displaying it and is therefore the beneficiary of the protection afforded by Intellectual Property laws to those materials, considered to be a database.
TGE is also the sole owner of the graphic design and image of the Website and reserves its right to take all the actions to which it is entitled by law against persons who may make imitations or engage in unfair use.
TGE's or third-party brands appearing on the Website may not be copied or used separately apart from the places where they appear.
Permitted use
Website users are permitted:
- To browse, i.e., to access and view the Website on a device. Temporary or ancillary copying is authorised on condition that it is not voluntary and is an integral and essential part of the technical process of transmission.
- To copy permanently, on any type of medium (except network server centres or equivalent devices), the materials expressly indicated on the Website as being available for download in the conditions set forth below in this same clause.
- To make use of the services and other benefits provided by TGE on the Website in the terms stated expressly in the various sections.
These authorised operations may be performed by users solely in their private sphere, and lawfully obtained copies of both the Website and the features indicated as being available for download on the Website may be used by the users strictly and only for personal and private purposes. - Transactions and activities that are expressly prohibited in any other sections of these Terms and, more generally, any that may be detrimental to the normal operation of the Website, TGE, other users, or third parties.
User conduct
Users agree to make appropriate use of the content and services offered on the Website and not to use them to (i) engage in activities that are unlawful, illegal, or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) spread racist, xenophobic, or pornographic content or propaganda or glorification of terrorism or attacks on human rights; (iii) harm the hardware or software systems of TGE, its providers, or third parties or insert or disseminate computer viruses or any other hardware or software systems capable of producing the above harm onto the network; (iv) distribute content detrimental to the image and reputation of TGE or third parties; or (v) infringe Intellectual or Industrial Property rights, image rights, the right to honour, or other rights belonging to TGE or third parties.
Comments, content, and publications will be permitted only if they relate to or are appropriate to the specific content and purposes of the Website. TGE will be entirely free to decide whether or not users' contributions ultimately are published on the Website and will be entitled to remove them whenever it considers it proper to do so. TGE is authorised to publish content supplied by users on the Website partially or in summarised or abridged form.
Including elements supplied by users on the Website does not signify TGE's backing, sponsorship, or recommendation in that connection, and TGE will not be liable for the content and lawfulness of those elements.

Including elements supplied by third parties on the Website does not signify TGE's backing, sponsorship, or recommendation in that connection, and TGE will not be liable for the content and lawfulness of those elements. If third-party advertising (including sponsorship) is present, the advertisers alone will be responsible for ensuring that the advertising material complies with applicable law. TGE will not be liable for any errors or improprieties that material may contain.
Providing access to websites and web pages, information, services, software, or data belonging to third persons through the Website (via links or banners) does not make TGE the publisher of that content or directly or secondarily liable for any claims that may arise as a result of their quality, reliability, accuracy, lawfulness, or propriety.
Linking to the Website
Placing links and hyperlinks to the Website from other websites or web pages is authorised on condition that it is not done in a way detrimental to TGE's public image and brand, TGE's users, or any of the persons and products referred to on the Website. In no case are links to the Website from third-party websites or web pages to be taken as signifying any involvement with their owners on TGE's part or any backing, sponsorship, or recommendation whatsoever by TGE in that connection, and TGE will not be liable for their content and lawfulness.

TGE reserves the right to make any changes to the Website that it considers appropriate by means of updates. It may change, remove, or add to both the content and services provided on the Website and the form in which the content and services are displayed or their location.
TGE will make every effort to keep the information on the Website up to date and error free but gives no assurances as to the accuracy and currency of that information. It likewise does not guarantee any specific intention or outcome, and access to and use of the Website is voluntary and carried out under the user's sole responsibility.
Security
Unless expressly stated to the contrary, webcasting from the Website does not take place in a secure environment. Consequently, TGE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and accepts no liability for any losses arising from the use or inability to use the Website (including all types of indirect loss, e.g., lost profits, lost business opportunities, information losses, etc.).
TGE Responsibility
With the use and enjoyment of the products and services on the Website, TGE does not guarantee the obtaining of any specific result or purpose, nor their suitability for a specific activity or interest of the user.
In no case will TGE be liable for indirect, moral damages or lost profits, as well as other damages of the type derived from causes of force majeure such as, by way of example, widespread failure in the networks, strikes, wars, pandemics, states of site or any similar situation beyond its control that prevents the proper functioning of the Website, TGE's liability being limited exclusively to direct damages that could be caused to the user for reasons attributable to it, with the maximum limit of the amount paid by the user.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are subject to the laws in force at TGE's domicile.
TGE and the user will be understood to be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at TGE's domicile in case of any dispute or discrepancy that may arise with regard to interpretation or application of these Terms of Use, unless the applicable law imperatively provide for submission to another different jurisdiction
TGE will proceed against all breaches of these Terms of Use, improper use of the Website or its content, or infringement of its rights or the rights of its licensees, especially Intellectual and Industrial Property rights, by bringing all the civil and criminal actions to which it may be entitled by law.
